Reservations:  Call 870-446-2163.  We accept telephone reservations from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.  Phone reservations are secured by a credit card deposit for the 1st night of a multiple-night stay or full payment for a one-night stay.  We will send e-mail confirmation after charging deposits on credit cards.  We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

Discounts:  GOOD SAM and AAA members receive a 10% discount off our daily standard rates. Please let us know you have club memberships when making your reservation and present your membership card at check-in. 

Method of payment:  We accept most major credit cards, as well as money orders, travelers checks, and personal checks (for deposit only) for lodging must be accompanied by a valid driver’s license. 

Cancellations:  We will refund 90% of your paid deposit amount if we receive cancellation notice prior to 30 days of your scheduled arrival date.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.  However, we WILL give you a future-stay credit good for 1 year (not valid Memorial Day week end or Elk Fest).  

Pavilion:  The Pavilion may be rented by our registered campers for $20/day.  Any guests coming from off the grounds to join campers must pay the $3 day-use fee.  Non-campers may rent the pavilion for $25/day + the $3 day-use fee per person.

    RV Sites

(All sites have cable television)

Rates based on 2 people.   Extra persons 4 years & older are an additional $2 each per night.

Call for winter (December, January, February) availability on RV sites.

  Tent Sites 

Rates based on 2 people.   Extra persons 4 years & older are an additional $2 each per night.
